The Pinoy Breakfast Burrito
Was perfect balance between the eggs and the potatoes with the perfect amount of longaniza! And the tomato onion salsa really tasty!
Ube Pancakes
Went to brunch on a busy Sunday one of the first weekends the restaurant was open --- we loved it. Five of us had five different dishes and everything was outstanding. We all look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

Sisig Shishito Hash
This was our first time at Bayan Ko - the hash was recommended and it did not disappoint! A beautiful setting as well :) it filled the space of Glen's Diner well
Egg White Skillet
The menu is vast and everything sounds delicious. The Egg White Skillet is a great item to enjoy. Many delicious flavors and served hot, as it should be. I will be back,,,,numerous times.
Silogs
What a great inventive new breakfast spot. The team accommodated an increase in my initial reservation number and seating preference without issue. I tried the Silog Longansia and the table enjoyed the ensaymada monkey bread. The garlic rice was tasty, the eggs and longansia sausages went with it perfectly. The monkey bread was a sweet treat that everyone enjoyed. After some work, they were able to accommodate a gluten free diner.
Sisig Shishito Hash
The sisig shishito hash with garlic fried rice was fantastic!! I made the perfect spoonful of potato, pork belly, egg, and garlic rice with a little bit of vinegar. CHEF'S KISS!!
